Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a hassle-free refund. It must be returned within 14 days of when you received the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in a new saleable condition. Products purchased from naturesam.com.au cannot be returned to any retail store and please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Important: This address is not a retail location, all returns must be shipped. No drop-offs please.

Exchanges
